Tracey’s interest in hypnotherapy came from personal experience using hypno-birthing techniques, the more she explored hypnotherapy the more stories she heard from people for whom hypnotherapy had made a real and lasting difference in their lives. The face of traditional medicine is changing with a greater understanding and appreciation of the powerful role the mind has on the function of the body. Stress, anxiety, worry and fear creating dis-ease that can present itself in a myriad of symptoms and is likely one of the biggest health issues we face today.

The relaxed and enjoyable state of hypnosis can allow the client to go below the critical and analytical part of the mind to access deep rooted attitudes and beliefs that may no longer be serving them. Hypnotherapy guides the client through beneficial changes within the subconscious to bring about positive change in a wide range of areas such as lifestyle changes, phobias, insomnia and stress related conditions.

If you have never experienced hypnotherapy before and would like to know more about it and how it can help you, Tracey offers an initial telephone consultation free of charge to help you decide if this is the right treatment for you.
