An initial telephone consultation lasting approximately 15 minutes will be arranged free of charge to discuss your requirement and ascertain whether hypnotherapy is the right treatment for you. At this consultation you will be given information on hypnosis and what to expect and you will have a chance to ask questions. Some conditions require GP consent to ensure a correct diagnosis is ascertained prior to treatment – Tracey will discuss this with you should this be required.
Your first session will last approximately 90 minutes and will include an assessment of your condition/presenting problem and the outcome you desire to achieve. You will experience hypnosis and commence the initial treatment towards improvement. Subsequent sessions last approximately 60 minutes and commence with an update on improvements noted and further hypnotherapy tailored to your requirements. You will be expected to practice techniques you learning in the sessions between visits, your commitment in between sessions can improve the effectiveness of treatment within fewer sessions. The number of sessions required can vary from client to client dependant on personal circumstances.
Smoking cessation is delivered in one powerful 2 hour session with a free after care session included within the package should this be required.
Payment is required prior to attending your appointment reserve your booking. Cancellations made up to 2 days prior will receive a full refund. A charge of £30 will be incurred for cancellations with less than 2 days notice. You may rearrange your appointment at any time.
